We build our portable cabins and office containers using heavy-duty mild steel (MS) frames treated with anti-corrosion primer. Wall panels are PUF-insulated sandwich panels or rockwool-filled MS sheets. Flooring is 18mm cement board or marine ply with vinyl carpet, and we use aluminium sliding windows with insulated steel doors.
Standard units are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Custom layouts may take 7–10 working days. We'll tell you exactly when to expect delivery when you confirm your order — no vague timelines here.
Yes, we deliver pan-India. We regularly ship to Delhi, Haryana, UP, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh. For remote sites on highways or in hills, we arrange transport as long as it's road-accessible. Share your pincode and we'll confirm.
Absolutely — customisation is one of the main reasons clients choose us. Pick your size (10ft to 40ft), room layout, window and door positions, AC provision, electrical socket points, flooring type, and interior finish. Tell us what you need and we'll design it.
All our office containers and portable cabins come with a structural warranty. Electrical components are covered for 6 months, and the paint finish for one year under normal use. If something's not right after delivery, reach out and we'll fix it.
