At SR Enterprises, we ensure that your customized office containers and prefabricated structures are delivered safely and securely to your project site. Please read our shipping and delivery terms carefully.

1. Processing & Manufacturing Time

Because our products are heavy, industrial units, delivery timelines depend on the manufacturing process:

Standard Units: Generally dispatched within 3 to 7 business days from the date of advance payment.
Custom/Built-to-Order Units: Manufacturing and dispatch timelines will be specified in your individual quotation (typically ranging from 10 to 21 business days).

2. Shipping Logistics & Costs

Our structures require specialized heavy-transport vehicles (flatbed trucks, trailers) and crane services for loading and unloading.

Shipping Costs: Transportation costs are not included in the base product price. Freight charges are calculated based on the distance from our Gurugram facility to your delivery site and will be explicitly stated in your final invoice.
Logistics Partners: We coordinate with verified heavy-transport logistics partners to ensure safe transit.

3. Delivery & Site Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery and installation process, the client must ensure the following:

Road Access: The delivery site must have adequate access roads capable of accommodating large flatbed trucks/trailers.
Clearance: The site must be clear of overhead obstacles (wires, low branches) and the ground must be leveled and prepared to receive the structure.
Unloading (Crane Services): Unless explicitly included in our quotation, the client is responsible for arranging a suitable crane at the destination site for unloading the container.

4. Transit Insurance

All units are carefully loaded and secured at our facility. However, transit insurance is highly recommended. Clients can choose to bear the transit insurance cost (typically 1-2% of the invoice value) to cover any unforeseen damages during road transport.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, SR Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, highway blockades, inter-state border delays, or force majeure events.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon arrival, please inspect the exterior and interior of the unit before signing the delivery challan. Any major transit damage must be noted on the transport documents and reported to us immediately.
