1. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery times vary based on product customization and location. Typically, prefabricated cabins and containers are dispatched within 4-7 business days from the confirmation of the order. Custom requirements may extend this timeline.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the distance from our manufacturing facility in Gurugram to your delivery location, as well as the size/weight of the container. These costs will be communicated clearly during the quotation process.

3. Transportation Method

Our containers are transported via heavy-duty flatbed trailers or specialized crane trucks. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery site has adequate access for large commercial vehicles.

4. Unloading and Installation

Unloading requires a crane or forklift, which can either be arranged by the customer or by SR Enterprises at an additional cost. On-site installation services, if requested, will be scheduled concurrently with the delivery.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery schedules, SR Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, transportation strikes, or other force majeure events.
