Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SR Enterprises, we specialize in manufacturing custom office containers and prefabricated structures. Due to the highly customized and industrial nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policies are strict to ensure operational efficiency.
1. Order Cancellations
Standard Products: Orders for standard inventory units can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the unit has not yet been dispatched. In such cases, the advance payment will be refunded after deducting a 5% processing fee.
Custom Products: For custom-built containers or tailored prefabricated structures, cancellation requests must be made before manufacturing begins (typically within 48 hours of order confirmation and advance payment). Once manufacturing or material procurement has started, the order cannot be cancelled, and the advance payment is non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only processed under the following circumstances:
- If SR Enterprises fails to deliver the product entirely due to our own operational failure.
- If the product delivered has a major structural defect that deviates fundamentally from the approved quotation and cannot be repaired or rectified on-site.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Customized modifications made to client specifications.
- Transportation, crane, and installation charges once the logistics process has been initiated.
- Advance payments for custom orders where manufacturing has already commenced.
4. Defect Rectification
We perform rigorous quality checks before dispatch. If a product arrives with minor cosmetic damages or functional issues (e.g., electrical faults, minor dents), SR Enterprises will send a technical team to repair or rectify the issue at your site under our standard warranty terms. This does not qualify for a full refund.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved by our management, it will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., Bank Transfer, RTGS/NEFT) within 7 to 10 business days.
