Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled prior to the commencement of the manufacturing process or dispatch. Once a product has been dispatched or custom manufacturing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

Due to the industrial and custom-built nature of our products (Containers, Portable Cabins, etc.), all sales are final once the product is delivered and accepted. We only offer refunds or replacements if the product delivered is fundamentally different from what was ordered or has major structural defects identified at the time of delivery.

3. Defects and Returns

If you discover a defect upon delivery, you must notify us immediately. We will arrange for an inspection and either repair the defect on-site or replace the unit if the defect is unrepairable and structurally compromising.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
